Rehearsal dinners are included in the package 2-day and 3-day weekend package. We include access to tables and chairs for up to 60 guests.
To get started, simply click the link for The Lodge or The River House and reserve your dates through our booking calendar. Once you’ve secured your stay, send me a quick message letting me know you’re planning to host a wedding. I’ll follow up with the event fee details and your event contract!
You’re also welcome to book both properties if you’d like extra space for guests and a full wedding weekend experience.

All weddings require one-day event liability insurance.
If serving alcohol beyond champagne or wine, your policy must include host liquor liability.

We offer on-site lodging at our Ash Grove, Missouri wedding venue so couples and their guests can enjoy a full wedding weekend experience.
The Lodge sleeps up to 16 guests and includes:

We also offer additional lodging at The River House on the property.

We always encourage couples to have a simple rain plan in place just in case.

• Adjust their ceremony timing around the weather
• Rent a tent for added coverage and peace of mind

If you’re considering a tent, I have a great relationship with Jumping Jacks Event Rentals in Springfield. One thing couples love is that you can reserve a tent and cancel up to the day before your event if the forecast looks clear.
Their 30×30 tents are currently around $630 and work great for ceremony or reception coverage.
